Shipping

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your merchandise, please tell us whether you would like a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) or to exchange your item(s) for a different size, pattern, or length, by completing the returns form that accompanies your order. Please return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will not be able to offer refunds or exchanges on any items that appear to be worn, unclean, altered, or if the tag has been removed. Please return any items to the address provided on the returns form, we would advise that you obtain proof of postage. If returning your merchandise you will not be subject to a restocking fee, but you will have to pay return shipping.
